Looking towards the future

Hi all,
I imagine a few of you have seen this already on the WSC participants discussion board, but for those of you who have not, one of the US zones has formed a small workgroup to look into a few questions regarding the future of the WSC, and what it might look like if they would have "pooled" their CAR votes.
Questions asked are:
1. Tally how we vote as regions after the WSC and put those votes together and see how we would have voted if we had been seated as a zone.
2. Would it have been completely different than some of our regions? The same? Somewhere in between?
3. How much of a difference and on what topics?
4. Are our differences because of our diversity or a complete different set of philosophies on what the WSC is for and how we make decisions? 5. Can we see the forest through the trees or can we let go of the trees?
6. Are we willing to let go?
They have taken some initiative to look at this, and this may be a starting place for us to go as well. I personally don't think this is a discussion for our regions yet, but looking at this from the delegate point of view might prove to be worthwhile.
Thoughts?
